GR couplings, a three piece assembly comprising of one Special Grade Polyurethane Spider and two Aluminium Alloy or Steel hubs. To complete the coupling these three components are put together coaxially and with a particular amount of positive pre-stress. These couplings become sufficient flexible, positive motion, backlash-free and power transmitting fail safe coupling elements after assembly. Due to polyurethane spider, both the metallic hubs are separated from each other to avoid there physical contact. This helps to avoid the electrical and frequency isolation of both the connected driver and driven elements.
